 Parent Helpline

(513) 961-8004

Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Parents can call our  Parent Helpline, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, for support, parenting tips, or just to talk. Often a call is the parent's first step toward help.

When appropriate, parents are encouraged to call other community resources and professionals, who can assist them with their specific needs.

During 2006 over 500 calls were documented on the Helpline.  In addition, the agency received over 3,000 calls requiring staff support on its business line.

    Parents may choose to call:
  • In times of crisis
  • Just to talk
  • To get referral information

Professional staff are always willing to offer a listening ear.
