While you're wishing them a Happy Birthday, the money from your Tribute Card is also being used to help prevent child abuse in your community.

Choose one of the photo cards below created by local photographers and indicate your card number choice on the Tribute Card Donation Form.  Your Tribute Card request will be sent out the same day it is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online donations at this time. Please call the Council office of more information at 513.936.8009 or print out the Tribute Card Donation Form found here, and kindly mail it to:
